Create and Customize Your First Companion

Getting Started

Locate a Companion Charm by exploring desert pyramids or retrieving one from the creative menu. Once you have the charm, use it to summon your companion into the world.

Customizing Appearance and Personality

Press K to open the main companion action menu. From here, you can access customization options:

• Body form: Choose between humanoid, animal (wolf, cat, snow fox), or mob-inspired designs
• Outfit selection: Pick activity-specific clothing for sleeping, bathing, or adventuring
• Size and proportions: Adjust your companion's physical dimensions to your preference

Hold Shift and right-click with the charm to fine-tune specific companion settings beyond the main menu.

Setting Personality

Use the command /az persona edit to open the personality configuration menu. Here you can define your companion's speech patterns and behavioral traits. If you have a language model configured, these settings influence how your companion responds during conversations.

Your customized companion is now ready to follow you on your adventures.
