Understand Technician Abilities

The Technician is a civilian role that purchases wrenches to repair broken doors and sets traps for unsuspecting players. Your goal is to control movement across the map and catch killers or suspicious players.

Buy and Deploy Wrenches

Use your starting coins to purchase wrenches from the shop. When you encounter a broken door, interact with it while holding a wrench to repair it. This restores access through that passage and can cut off killer escape routes or protect civilian safe zones.

Set Traps Strategically

Place traps in high-traffic areas where players are likely to pass. Common locations include doorways, hallways near spawn points, and paths between objectives. When a player walks over your trap, they are caught and revealed.

Coordinate with Civilians

Work with other civilians to map out trap placements and repaired doors. Communicate which areas are secured and which remain dangerous. This coordination transforms the Technician into a powerful defensive asset for the civilian team.
