Finding and Planting Grapes

Grapes can be found growing wild on vines in the world, or you can craft grape seeds. Plant them on Trellises—specialized blocks designed to support vertical grape growth. Trellises can be placed on the ground and will allow grapevines to climb upward as they mature.

Growing and Harvesting

Grapes take time to fully mature on their trellis. Once ready, they'll display ripe fruit that you can harvest by right-clicking or breaking the vine. A single mature vine produces multiple grapes per harvest cycle.

For efficient farming, space your trellises in rows with adequate light. Grapes grow faster in bright conditions, so plant them in open areas or near light sources. You can replant harvested vines or let them regrow naturally.

Next Steps

Once you've harvested grapes, you're ready to move to juice pressing. Store excess grapes in barrels or chests for later use during fermentation cycles.
