Build an Efficient Power Generation System

Power Options Available

Just Dyna Things provides three main power generation methods: Ferricore Solar Panels for renewable daytime energy, Thermo Generators for heat-based power, and Black Hole machines for advanced late-game energy production.

Setting Up Solar Power

1. Craft Ferricore Solar Panels using ferricore ingots and standard materials.

2. Place them on roofs or elevated platforms where they receive direct sunlight.

3. Connect them to your machines using Forge Energy cables from compatible mods.

4. Expand gradually by adding more panels as your factory grows.

Scaling to Late Game

Once you have basic solar infrastructure, transition to Black Hole machines for constant, high-output power generation. These don't depend on time of day or weather conditions. Combine multiple power sources to create redundancy—if solar output drops at night, your thermo generators and black hole machines maintain steady energy flow.

Storage

Use energy storage blocks to buffer power between generation and consumption peaks, preventing machine shutdowns during low-generation periods.
