How to Build a Personal Base in Your Own Void Dimension
Claim Your Own Space
Each player gets their own separate void dimension, so you do not have to share space or worry about someone else building on your platform. When you enter, you arrive on your personal platform. This makes the void ideal for a private base, storage system, or redstone project that no one else can disturb.
Expand Beyond the Starting Platform
Your starting platform is small, so the first job is extending it. Bring plenty of building blocks with you before you enter, because the void provides nothing to mine. Bridge outward from the platform edges carefully — place blocks while sneaking so you do not step off into the void. Build a floor first, then walls and a ceiling if you want an enclosed base.
Bring Everything You Need
The void has no resources, no water, no lava, and no mobs. Anything you want in your base must be carried in: crafting tables, furnaces, chests, light sources, and food. Set up a return method too, since falling into the void is fatal. Keep your entry block safe in the Overworld so you can come back. With the sleep option enabled in config, you can also set a bed as your respawn point inside the dimension.
