Add Custom Enchantment Descriptions

Editing Language Files

You can add or modify enchantment descriptions by editing language files:

1. Navigate to your mod's language file directory (typically in the mod's assets folder)

2. Locate or create a .json file for your language (e.g., en_us.json)

3. Add entries using this format:

"enchantment.[MOD_ID].[ENCHANTMENT_REGISTRY_NAME].description": "[YOUR DESCRIPTION]"

Example Entry

For a fire protection enchantment from a mod with ID mymod:

Replace [MOD_ID] with the mod's identifier and [ENCHANTMENT_REGISTRY_NAME] with the enchantment's registry name. Save the file and reload your game to see changes.
