Minecraft a1.0.17_04

Everything below is measured by comparing the game files of a1.0.17_02 with a1.0.17_04 — not copied from patch notes.

Minecraft did not ship a data generator until January 2018, so there is no registry of blocks and items to compare for a build this old. What is below is read from the game’s own client.jar: the text the game displays, and the textures, models and sounds it ships. New blocks and items almost always show up in both.

Nothing in the game’s text or asset files differs from the previous build — whatever changed here was in the game code, which is not something these files can show.
