Combine Sobel Shaders with Other Visual Mods
Check Compatibility Before Installing
Sobel Pack Shaders works best when used alone or with mods that don't heavily modify rendering. Avoid stacking multiple shader packs, as they conflict. However, it pairs well with mods that add content rather than change visuals.
Use with Texture Packs Carefully
The blueprint effect works with any texture pack, but simpler, lower-detail packs often produce cleaner results. High-contrast or highly detailed textures may create visual noise when combined with edge detection outlines.
Pair with Lighting Mods
Mods that add new light sources (like decorative lamps or magical effects) work alongside Sobel shaders without conflict. The edge detection will still function normally around these elements.
Test Before Committing
Load a test world with your intended mod combination and spend time in different environments—caves, forests, buildings. If the visual result feels cluttered or performance drops significantly, remove conflicting mods and test again. The goal is maintaining the clean blueprint aesthetic while keeping your desired gameplay features.
