Enable God Rays and Adjust Their Intensity
Accessing Shader Settings
Open the shader configuration menu while in-game. This is typically accessed through the shader options screen in your video settings. Look for a settings button or menu specific to Radiant Lite Rays.
Configuring God Rays
Locate the God Rays or sunbeam settings in the shader menu. You'll find toggles to enable or disable the effect entirely, and sliders to control:
- Ray intensity: How bright and visible the sunbeams appear
- Ray density: How thick or thin the light beams look as they pass through foliage
- Spread distance: How far sunbeams extend downward through the world
If you're experiencing performance drops, reduce the intensity or density first before disabling the feature completely. God Rays are most visible during daytime in areas with trees, leaves, or open sky above you.
Testing Your Changes
After adjusting settings, move to a location with trees or high altitude to see the effect clearly. Changes apply immediately without restarting the game. If rays look too subtle, increase intensity; if they cause lag, reduce density or ray distance.
