Turn On PR1SMLITE Shaders In-Game with Iris or OptiFine
PR1SMLITE is a shader pack, so it only runs through a shader loader such as Iris or OptiFine. If your game shows no shader menu at all, install a loader first.
Put the Pack in the Right Folder
1. Launch Minecraft with your shader loader active.
2. Go to Options > Video Settings > Shader Packs.
3. Click the button that opens the shader pack folder. This is the shaderpacks folder, which is separate from resourcepacks. Shader packs placed in the resource pack folder will not work.
4. Drop the PR1SMLITE file into shaderpacks. If it is a zip, leave it zipped.
5. Return to the game. The pack should now appear in the list. If it does not, close and reopen the Shader Packs screen.
Activate It
1. Click PR1SMLITE in the list to select it.
2. Click Apply or Done. The screen may freeze briefly while the shaders compile.
3. Load a world and look at a bright light source, such as a torch or glowstone. A soft bloom glow around it means the pack is working.
The pack keeps the classic vanilla look, so daytime scenes can look close to normal. Light sources at night are the easiest place to confirm it is running.
To turn the pack off, return to the Shader Packs screen and select the Off or None option.
