Adjust Sky and Cloud Appearance
Access Sky Settings
Open Shader Options and locate the Sky, Atmosphere, or Clouds section. These settings reshape how the sky renders throughout the day.
Customize Cloud and Horizon Effects
Common adjustable parameters include:
- Cloud density: Higher values create thicker, more visible clouds
- Cloud speed: Controls how quickly clouds drift across the sky
- Horizon glow: Adjusts the brightness and color of the sky near the horizon during sunrise and sunset
- Sky saturation: Makes sky colors more or less vibrant
Fine-Tune for Your Preference
Observe the sky at different times of day—early morning, noon, sunset, and night. Each time period renders differently, so test all phases. Increase saturation for a more fantasy-like, vivid sky; decrease it for a naturalistic look.
Cloud density affects both visual beauty and performance, so balance aesthetics with your system's capabilities.
