Fix Lucid Clarity Not Showing Up or Not Changing the Visuals
If you selected Lucid Clarity but the world looks exactly like vanilla, or the pack doesn't appear at all, work through these checks in order.
The pack is missing from the shader list
1. Confirm a shader loader is actually running. The Shader Packs (Iris) or Shaders (OptiFine) button should appear in Options > Video Settings. If it doesn't, the loader isn't active in this game profile.
2. Open the shaderpacks folder from that menu and make sure Lucid Clarity is inside it. It should not be in the resourcepacks folder.
3. Check for a nested folder. The pack should sit directly in shaderpacks, not inside an extra folder with the same name.
4. Don't run Iris and OptiFine together. Pick one.
The pack is selected but nothing changes
1. Make sure you clicked Apply or Done after selecting it.
2. Look for an error message in the shader menu. If you see one, select the pack again and reapply it.
3. Remember the style. Lucid Clarity is a Vanilla+ pack that keeps the classic block look on purpose. The changes are softer lighting, brighter daylight and clearer night skies rather than dramatic effects. Compare by switching the shader off and on while standing in the same spot.
4. Update your graphics drivers and restart the game if the screen goes black or flickers.
5. Turn off other visual mods temporarily to see whether one of them conflicts with the shader.
