Adjust Lighting and Brightness to Your Preference
Access Shader Settings
Open your Minecraft pause menu and look for the Shader Options or Video Settings button. LitePerf Shaders provides a dedicated settings panel where you can fine-tune how bright your world appears.
Modify Brightness Controls
Within the shader options, you'll find sliders for overall brightness and lighting intensity. Increase these values if your world feels too dark, or decrease them if the lighting feels washed out. The changes apply in real-time, so you can see results immediately.
Adjust Contrast and Saturation
If available in your version, look for contrast and color saturation sliders. These let you make the world feel more vibrant or more muted depending on your preference. Start with small adjustments and test in different lighting conditions—caves, forests, and open sky will all look different.
Save Your Configuration
Once you're happy with your settings, the shader will remember them for future sessions. If you want to experiment further, you can always reset to defaults and start over.
