Getting Started with HallucinationShader

Installation and Basic Use

HallucinationShader is a shader pack that modifies how your Minecraft world appears visually. Install it into your shader pack folder, then enable it through your shader settings menu.

Once active, the shader transforms terrain and colors in real-time as you play. The ground will appear to undulate and shift beneath you in wave-like patterns as you move through the world. Colors continuously rotate and shift across the landscape, creating optical distortions that make familiar biomes feel alien and dreamlike.

These effects are purely visual and do not affect gameplay mechanics, block placement, or survival systems. The shader works best when exploring diverse biomes to see how different landscapes transform under its surreal visual effects.
