Enhance Water Reflections and Clarity

Accessing Water Settings

Open the HalcyonDrift Shaders configuration menu in-game. Locate water-related options, which typically include reflection quality, water transparency, and wave intensity.

Improving Reflection Detail

Increase the reflection quality setting to see more detailed reflections of the sky, terrain, and structures on water surfaces. Higher values make water look more like a mirror but require more processing power. If reflections look blurry or low-detail, this is your primary adjustment.

Adjusting Transparency and Waves

Water transparency controls how far you can see into the water. Increase this to see deeper into lakes and oceans. Wave motion settings control how much the water surface moves—higher values create more noticeable ripples and movement, while lower values create calm, still water.

Viewing Your Changes

Stand near a large body of water during daytime for the best view of changes. Look at reflections of clouds and the sun, then test underwater visibility by diving in.
