Use this mod with custom sky packs and data packs

Compatibility overview

Celestial Order Fix Shaders is designed to work alongside data packs that customize the sky, celestial events, and day-night cycles. It doesn't interfere with custom sky textures or lighting changes.

Installing with other mods

1. Place Celestial Order Fix Shaders on your client alongside any shader packs or sky-customizing mods you use.

2. If you're using a data pack that repositions the moon or sun, the mod will ensure the moon renders on top, preventing visual conflicts.

3. Test in-game to confirm both your data pack and the mod are active. The sky should look vanilla but with correct moon-sun layering.

When conflicts occur

If the sky looks wrong:

  • Disable other shader packs temporarily to isolate the issue
  • Check that your data pack isn't using conflicting commands
  • Ensure the mod is installed on the client, not the server

This mod has minimal visual impact, so it should layer cleanly with most sky customizations without requiring special configuration.
