What Ultimacraft Does
Ultimacraft is a vanilla-friendly resource pack that adds support for Optifine features. Rather than overhauling the game's look, it applies targeted changes to specific items and blocks, so the pack stays close to the vanilla aesthetic while extending what Optifine can display.
How You Interact With It
You don't craft or place anything special to use Ultimacraft. Once the pack is active, the changes simply appear on the items and 
blocks it covers. The wiki organizes these into three sections: changes, items, and blocks.
Where to Look
The items section covers 
things like signs, banner patterns, buckets, and various crafting and brewing materials. The blocks section covers entries such as 
coal ore, 
calcite, and the 
brewing stand, along with leaves, saplings, buttons, and trapdoors. The changes section groups the pack's overall modifications. If you want to know whether a 
particular item or block is affected, check the items and blocks lists first.
