StriderZ works seamlessly with Fresh Animations and other animation mods right out of the box. No configuration is needed—simply install both mods and the zombified striders will animate with undead movements and behaviors.

What Animation Mods Add

Animation mods enhance the visual experience by giving zombified striders realistic undead motion. Instead of moving like normal striders, they may shuffle, twitch, or move with a decaying gait. This pairs perfectly with StriderZ's rotting textures to create a fully immersive undead aesthetic.

Install Order

Load both StriderZ and your animation mod on the client side. If using OptiFine or Entity Texture Features (required for StriderZ), ensure all three are active. The mods don't conflict—they layer together to transform striders into convincing Nether undead that look and move the part.
