Access the Configuration Files

The Prismatic Atmosphere Resource Pack stores its color settings in JSON configuration files within the pack's data folder. Locate the biome-specific files to modify sky and fog values for any biome you want to adjust.

Edit Biome Atmosphere Settings

1. Open the resource pack folder and navigate to the atmosphere configuration directory

2. Find the JSON file corresponding to your target biome (e.g., desert, forest, cave type)

3. Locate the color values—typically stored as RGB or hex codes

4. Adjust the values to your preferred tones:

  • Increase red/orange values for warmer atmospheres
  • Boost blue/cyan for cooler, icy effects
  • Add green tints for forest and lush biomes

5. Save the file and reload your world or resource pack in-game

Test Your Changes

Travel to the biome you modified and observe the new sky and fog colors. If the changes don't appear immediately, try reloading the resource pack through your resource pack menu or restarting Minecraft. You can fine-tune values iteratively until you achieve your desired look.
