Compatibility Overview

Fake Shades IterationT is specifically designed to work with both OptiFine and Sodium. These optimization mods enhance the pack's performance and enable its full visual potential. You only need one—choose based on your system's needs.

Installation Order

1. Install your chosen mod (OptiFine or Sodium) first

2. Activate Fake Shades IterationT in your resource packs menu

3. Restart your game to apply both simultaneously

Which to Choose

OptiFine: Better for mid-range PCs; includes extra visual options like custom sky support and zoom features.

Sodium: Better for low-end PCs; offers superior frame rate improvements with minimal visual overhead.

Verify Integration

Once loaded, the pack's warm color grading and custom skybox should display correctly. If you notice missing textures or the sky doesn't appear, try disabling other resource packs temporarily. The pack works best when it's the only color-modifying resource pack active. Check your video settings to ensure no conflicting shader or lighting mods are running.
