Planting Your Seeds

Everything of Sprouts changes is cosmetic—tree growth mechanics work exactly like vanilla. You plant seeds the same way you'd plant saplings, and they grow into full trees using the same rules.

Steps to Plant and Grow

1. Hold a seed in your hand

2. Right-click on grass or dirt where you want the tree to grow

4. The seed will develop into a full tree with the same growth time and requirements as vanilla

Growth Requirements

Seeds need:

• Adequate space above them (varies by tree type)
• Light levels sufficient for growth
• Bone meal to accelerate growth, or patience for natural growth

Since the mod only changes appearance, all your existing tree-farming knowledge applies directly. Plant seeds in rows, use bone meal on them, and harvest wood as normal. The tiny seed textures give your farms a more natural, realistic appearance without changing any underlying mechanics.
