Manage Block Placement Restrictions
Find the block ID
Identify the Minecraft ID of the block you want to restrict. This could be any placeable block, from basic materials to special structures.
Disable block placement
As an operator, run:
`
/itemdisabled disable <block> -1
`
This prevents players from placing the block anywhere on the server. Use a specific duration in seconds instead of -1 for a temporary restriction.
Restrict for individual players
To lock a block for only certain players:
`
/itemdisabled disable <block> -1 <player_name>
`
What happens when blocked
When a player tries to place a restricted block, the plugin blocks the right-click interaction and sends them an alert message. The block remains in their inventory but cannot be placed.
Re-enable block placement
Restore access with:
`
/itemdisabled enable <block> <player_name>
`
Omit the player name to enable it server-wide. Players can then place the block normally again. All restrictions are saved to JSON files, so your settings persist across server restarts.
