Using Tree Feller Safely

Tree Feller lets you chop down complete trees in one hit, but your axe durability matters. The mod automatically stops harvesting just before your tool breaks, so you won't accidentally destroy your axe mid-swing.

How to Chop a Tree

1. Equip an axe in your main hand

2. Hold Shift (Sneak) to activate the mod's features

3. Click on any log block in the tree trunk

4. The entire tree—all connected logs—will be harvested at once

5. Wood blocks you've placed manually in your builds are ignored, so your structures stay intact

Tips

• The mod detects which logs are naturally connected, so only the tree falls—not nearby log decorations
• Mined wood blocks are pulled closer to you automatically for quick collection
• If your axe is nearly broken, the harvesting stops early to preserve it
• This works with enchantments like Fortune and Silk Touch if your axe has them
