Finding Configuration Files

All mob behaviors are controlled through MythicMobs configuration files. Navigate to plugins/MythicMobs/Mobs/ to find files for creatures like Ghouls, Crawlers, Spitters, Corrupted Goblin Miners, and others.

Making Changes

Open any mob configuration file in a text editor. You can modify:

  • Health and damage values
  • Skill triggers and cooldowns
  • Drop tables and loot
  • Movement speed and aggression ranges
  • Special ability parameters

Applying Your Edits

After saving changes to a mob file, use /mm reload to apply them without restarting. Test the mob in-game to verify your adjustments work as intended.

Using the Customization Guide

The mod includes a detailed customization guide covering all available options. Refer to it when adjusting mob properties to understand which settings control specific behaviors. Start with small changes and reload frequently to find your ideal balance.
