How to Craft and Place Posts and Bundled Posts

Crafting Posts

Posts are the basic building column of Valhelsia Structures. Each wood type has a matching Post: Acacia Post, Birch Post, Crimson Post, Dark Oak Post, Jungle Post, Mangrove Post, Oak Post, Spruce Post, and Warped Post. There is also a Lapidified Jungle variant. Stripped versions exist for every type, such as Stripped Oak Post and Stripped Warped Post.

Use the tool_crafting recipe type to convert logs into posts. Hold the appropriate tool and process the matching log to produce the Post for that wood. Repeat for each wood type you want to build with.

Bundling and Cutting

Once you have Posts, combine them into Bundled Posts — for example Bundled Oak Posts or Bundled Stripped Birch Posts. Bundles stack posts into a thicker column for larger structural elements. Bundled Lapidified Jungle Posts and Bundled Stripped Warped Posts follow the same pattern.

For finer detail, craft Cut Posts. Cut Acacia Post, Cut Birch Post, Cut Crimson Post, Cut Dark Oak Post, Cut Jungle Post, Cut Mangrove Post, Cut Oak Post, Cut Spruce Post, and Cut Warped Post give you trimmed versions. Stripped Cut variants also exist, such as Cut Stripped Oak Post and Cut Stripped Crimson Post. Use Cut Posts for railings, trim, and narrow supports where a full Post would be too bulky. Mix Post, Bundled Post, and Cut Post in the same build to create varied column profiles.
