How to Grow and Harvest Bolloom Fruit

Bolloom Buds grow into Bolloom Fruit. Place a Bolloom Bud on a valid surface and let it mature. When it ripens, break it to receive Bolloom Fruit. You can store the harvest in a Crate of Bolloom Fruit to keep a large supply in one block.

Using Bolloom Fruit

Bolloom Fruit is the base material for the Bolloom Balloon family. Craft a Bolloom Balloon from Bolloom Fruit, then dye it into any of the colored variants: Black Bolloom Balloon, Blue Bolloom Balloon, Brown Bolloom Balloon, Cyan Bolloom Balloon, Gray Bolloom Balloon, Green Bolloom Balloon, Light Blue Bolloom Balloon, Light Gray Bolloom Balloon, Lime Bolloom Balloon, Magenta Bolloom Balloon, Orange Bolloom Balloon, Pink Bolloom Balloon. Keep a stack of plain Bolloom Fruit on hand so you can produce whichever color you need without re-growing buds.

Scaling the Farm

Because Bolloom Bud is both the seed and the growing block, expand your farm by placing more Buds rather than replanting Fruit. Harvest only fully grown Fruit so the Bud is consumed and you can place a fresh one. A Crate of Bolloom Fruit near your crafting station keeps the balloon recipes supplied.
