Crafting Soul Steel

Soul Steel is the core endgame material. Craft Soul Steel first, then use it to make Soul Steel Block. The block is the base for the full decorative set.

Building Set

From Soul Steel Block you craft the construction variants:

These are standard shaped recipes — arrange the block or the Soul Steel item in the usual slab, stair, door, and trapdoor patterns. Tiles are a flat decorative variant useful for flooring and walls.

Base Design

Soul Steel reads as a dark, industrial metal set. Use Soul Steel Block for structural walls, Soul Steel Tiles for floors, Soul Steel Slab and Soul Steel Stairs for detailing, and Soul Steel Chain for hanging accents. Soul Steel Door and Soul Steel Trapdoor give you functional entrances that match the set.

Material Planning

Each variant consumes Soul Steel, so craft a large batch of Soul Steel before you start building. Reserve some Soul Steel for the Remnant armor pieces (Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots) and for Iron and Ether, which compete for the same endgame resources.
