Planting the Cactus

Pitaya grows from a Pitaya Cactus and a Pitaya Stem. Place a Pitaya Cactus on valid ground, then attach Pitaya Stem blocks to build the plant upward. Once the stem structure is in place, the cactus produces Pitaya fruit that you can break off by hand or with any tool.

Using Your Harvest

Pitaya feeds directly into several recipes. Combine it into a Pitaya Block for compact storage, or pack it into a Pitaya Crate if you want a bulk container. Pitaya Juice is the drinkable form — process Pitaya to get it. Cut Pitaya is the sliced variant used when a recipe calls for the prepared fruit rather than the whole one.

Spawner Note

A Pitaya Spawner exists as a block. If you have one, place it where you want its associated mob to appear, following the same placement rules you use for other spawner blocks in the mod.

Farm Layout Tips

Leave room around the cactus so you can reach every stem block. Because Pitaya Cactus and Pitaya Stem are separate blocks, keep a stack of each on hand when expanding the farm. Harvest the fruit as soon as it appears so the cactus can regrow, and route the output straight into your Juice, Block, or Crate production line.
