Collect Mob Souls and Repair Gear with Soul Gems
Setting Up Soul Trapping
To capture mob souls, enchant a weapon with Soul Trap. This enchantment allows defeated mobs to drop their souls. You must also keep a Soul Gem in your inventory—the gem automatically collects souls from kills. Soul Gems come in four tiers: Lesser (80 souls), Common (160 souls), Greater (320 souls), and Sublime (640 souls). Craft the tier that matches your needs.
Repairing Equipment
Once your Soul Gem fills with souls, use it to repair damaged tools, weapons, and armor. Open your inventory and interact with the damaged item using the filled Soul Gem—souls transfer to restore durability. Higher-tier gems hold more souls, allowing longer repair sessions before needing to refill.
Efficient Soul Farming
Focus Soul Trap enchantment on weapons you use frequently. Farm mobs in high-density areas like spawners or dark rooms to accumulate souls quickly. Keep multiple Soul Gems on hand so you can swap them as they fill, maintaining continuous repairs without interruption.
