Accessing Configuration
The mod includes a configuration section that controls maid behavior, spawning, and various mechanics. Configuration files are generated in your Minecraft config directory after the mod runs once. Open the config file for Little Maid Mob with a text editor to view the available options. Changes generally require a game restart or world reload to take effect.
Common Settings to Adjust
Typical configuration options cover maid spawning behavior, whether maids can be tamed by specific items, favorability mechanics, and which features are enabled. If you want to disable natural maid spawning, look for the spawn-related option. If you want to change how favorability works, the config may expose related toggles. Read the comments in the config file — they describe what each option does. Avoid changing values you do not understand, as some affect world generation or entity behavior.
In-Game Tools for Management
Beyond the config file, use in-game tools to manage maids: the
Servant Bell to call them, the
Owner Conversion Tool to reassign ownership, and the
Favorability Tool variants to inspect or adjust favorability. The Monster List item (noted as removed) and
Spawn ??? are legacy or special entries — if they do not appear in your version, they may have been replaced. The
Mute Bauble handles sound, and the
Model Switcher changes a maid's model, giving you per-maid customization without editing configs.
