Checking Material Availability Before Building

Before starting a build, open your ender chest to sync its contents with Litematica. Then load your schematic and check the material list. Litematica will show you exactly which blocks you have available (from both inventory and ender chest) and which you still need to gather.

Identifying Gaps

The material list clearly distinguishes between items you have and items you're missing. Use this to plan your gathering trips—farm or mine only what you lack. This saves time and prevents unnecessary resource gathering.

Multi-Session Planning

For large projects spanning multiple play sessions, store materials in your ender chest between sessions. When you return, open the ender chest, load your schematic, and Litematica immediately shows your current supply. This makes it easy to continue building without recounting materials or losing track of what you've already gathered.
