Configuration
Kiwi Library is a shared library mod, so its configuration exists mainly to serve the mods that depend on it rather than to add gameplay of its own. In practice you will rarely need to touch it, but the config file is where the library's shared behaviour is controlled.
Config files for library mods of this kind are typically generated on first launch and then read at startup. That means any change you make takes effect only after the game is restarted, not while a world is loaded. If a dependent mod exposes its own settings, those usually live in that mod's config, not here.
Because Kiwi Library is a dependency, the safest approach is to leave its defaults alone unless a mod's documentation or a crash report points you at a specific option. Changing values blindly can affect every mod built on the library at once, which makes problems harder to trace back to their source.
