Understand What You Need

Many modern Forge mods are written in Kotlin, a programming language that requires supporting libraries. Forgelin-Continuous provides these libraries so Kotlin mods can run. Without it, Kotlin-dependent mods will crash.

Set Up Correctly

1. Add Forgelin-Continuous to your mods folder before installing Kotlin-based mods

2. Check each mod's description on CurseForge or Modrinth for dependency notes

3. If a mod lists LibrarianLib as a dependency, also add LibrarianLib-Continuous

4. Start your game to load all libraries

Avoid Common Mistakes

Do not keep both the old Forgelin and Forgelin-Continuous installed—this causes conflicts. Only one version should be active. If you're updating an existing modpack, remove the old Forgelin file first, then add Forgelin-Continuous.
