Fish Trap

The Fish Trap is a single block added by this mod. Place it in water and it will catch fish automatically over time, without you needing to fish manually. This makes it useful for passive food gathering or for stocking up on fish while you do other things.

To use it, simply place the block in a body of water. Once placed, it works on its own; you do not need to bait it or interact with it repeatedly. Fish are collected inside the trap as they are caught, so check back periodically to retrieve them.

Because the mod only adds this one block, there are no extra tools or items to craft beyond the trap itself. The main thing to remember is that it must be in water to function. Keep it somewhere accessible so you can empty it regularly and keep the catches coming.
