Getting Your First Deep Lucky Block and Opening It Safely

Deep Lucky Blocks cannot be found lying around. You earn them by breaking standard lucky blocks, and what happens when you open one can range from a loot cache to a boss fight.

Finding a Deep Lucky Block

1. Collect and break standard lucky blocks as you normally would.

2. After each break, check your inventory. A Deep Lucky Block sometimes drops as a reward.

3. Keep breaking standard lucky blocks until one appears. It is a random drop, so it may take several tries.

Opening It Without Wrecking Your World

The mod has over seventy outcome events. These include terraforming disasters, mob towers, custom structures built across the terrain, and custom bosses such as the Slime King and the Samouss Boss. Treat every opening as a possible fight or landscape change.

1. Travel away from your base. Keep the block far from chests, farms and builds you care about.

2. Pick an open area. Flat, clear ground gives you room to dodge a boss and space for structures to generate.

3. Gear up first. Wear your best armor, carry a weapon and food, and bring blocks for an emergency escape pillar.

4. Place the block, then break it. Step back right away and see what spawns.

5. **Deal with the outcome.

You can also adjust your odds before opening by crafting the block with netherite or spider eyes. That is covered in a separate guide.
