The Teaching Process

Teaching a move to your Pokémon involves selecting both the Pokémon and the attack you want it to learn.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Right-click the Move Tutor NPC to open the move selection interface

2. Browse the available moves displayed in the menu—these are attacks your Pokémon can learn

3. Select the move you want to teach

4. Choose which Pokémon from your party will learn this move

5. Review the confirmation screen to ensure you've selected the correct Pokémon and move

6. Press confirm to complete the teaching session

The confirmation screen is an important safety feature that prevents accidental move assignments. Take a moment to verify your choices before finalizing. Once confirmed, your Pokémon will immediately learn the new attack and can use it in battle. You can teach multiple moves in succession by repeating this process.
