Win Combat Encounters and Eliminate Opponents

Use Terrain and Height to Your Advantage

Fighting on floating islands means positioning matters. Try to fight on solid ground rather than bridges—you're more stable and harder to knock off. If an opponent is higher than you, build up or retreat to level ground. Height gives you better aim and knockback angles.

Master Knockback Strategy

The void is your greatest weapon. Position yourself so your opponent has the void behind them, then use your weapon to knock them backward. Don't fight with your back to empty space. If you're being pushed toward the edge, strafe sideways or build blocks beneath you to create escape routes.

Manage Your Resources

During fights, be aware of your armor durability and health. If you're low on both, retreat to gather more gear or find healing items. Don't commit to a fight you can't win—sometimes living to fight again is better than dying for a kill.

Target Isolated Players

Look for opponents alone on small islands or mid-bridge. These are easier targets than groups. Avoid fighting multiple players at once unless you have superior gear.
