Navigate the Yellow Rooms Without Getting Lost

Understanding the Layout

The yellow rooms and corridors are designed to feel repetitive and disorienting. Corridors often loop back on themselves, and doorways may lead to familiar-looking spaces. Pay attention to small visual differences—slight color variations, damage patterns on walls, or unique architectural features—to distinguish one area from another.

Navigation Strategy

When entering a new corridor, stop and observe before moving forward. Look for distinctive markers: broken fixtures, unusual wall textures, or specific door placements. If you find yourself in a space that feels familiar, check your surroundings carefully—you may have circled back.

Don't rush through doorways. Each room you enter should be thoroughly explored for items and clues before moving on. Take mental notes of which doors lead where, or mark your path mentally by remembering the sequence of rooms you've visited.

Avoiding Dead Ends

Not every open door leads forward. Some rooms are dead ends with only the entrance. Before committing to a path, look ahead through doorways when possible. If a room feels empty and offers no new exits, backtrack and try a different route. The exit is always forward—keep pushing through new areas rather than retreading old ground.
