The Purple Bed is an item that does not stack. It is made by crafting from another colored bed, such as a Black, Blue, Brown, Cyan, Gray or Green Bed. Placing it puts down a block of the same name.
Players use the Purple Bed as an ingredient in 15 different recipes, which makes it a handy part of the bed-dyeing process.
