Light Blue Terracotta is a colored block that comes from crafting. It is made by combining Light Blue Dye with regular Terracotta. Items of it stack up to 64.
Players place it to put down a block of the same name, making it useful for adding a soft blue color to a build. It is also an ingredient in one crafting recipe.
Worked out by reading the registry of every Minecraft build Mojang has published, in release order.
