Iron Golem

Mobs & entity

The Iron Golem is an entity in Minecraft. A spawn egg for it exists, so it can be placed directly into the world.

When an Iron Golem is killed, it drops Poppies and Iron Ingots, which makes it a source of both items for players who defeat one.

Animations

4 of these were recorded inside the running game, so the movement is the animation Mojang shipped rather than an imitation of it. Transparent background, free to download.

Stats

Mojang publishes these numbers in the Bedrock behaviour pack (bedrock-samples); the Java edition keeps them in code, not in any data file. Most values match across editions, but not all — treat them as the Bedrock figures.
