Collect Your First Badge from a Gym Leader

Finding and Battling a Gym Leader

1. Locate a gym leader in your world. These are part of the Radical Cobblemon Trainers mod and appear at designated gym locations.

2. Approach the gym leader and initiate a Pokémon battle by interacting with them.

3. Build a team of Pokémon and prepare for combat. Use type advantages and strategy to win the match.

Claiming Your Badge

4. Defeat the gym leader in battle. The badge only drops after your first victory against that specific leader—subsequent wins won't produce additional badges.

5. The badge item will appear on the ground near the gym leader. Pick it up to add it to your inventory.

6. Open your advancements menu to view the updated badge picture, which now matches the physical item you're carrying.

Tracking Progress

Your advancements menu serves as a visual record of all badges you've collected. Each badge you earn updates its corresponding advancement picture, creating a trophy collection that reflects your gym battle victories.
