Switch Your Game to Russian So the Character Customization Menus Appear Translated

This pack only supplies Russian text. Minecraft decides which language to display, so the pack has no visible effect until your game language is set to Russian.

Change the game language

1. From the title screen or the pause menu, open Options.

2. Click the Language button. It shows a globe icon on the main menu.

3. Scroll the list and select Русский (Россия).

All vanilla menus are now in Russian. The next step is to bring Wildfire's Female Gender Mod's screens into Russian too.

Check that the mod's screens picked up the translation

1. Load a world where the pack is active. It works inside worlds running a compatible version of the base mod.

2. Open the base mod's customization screen the way you normally do. If you aren't sure how, look under Options → Controls for the mod's entry.

3. Look at the buttons, menu titles and setting labels. They should now read in clear Russian instead of English.

If vanilla menus are Russian but the mod's screens are still in English, the language setting is working. In that case the problem is with the pack itself, either because it isn't active in this world or because you're using the wrong text set for your base mod version. See the troubleshooting guide.

To go back to English at any time, return to Настройки → Язык and choose English.
