Identifying Multi-Bed Rooms

Some watchtowers contain special rooms with up to four beds. These are ideal for creating a temporary base or waypoint during long exploration sessions. When you find a tower with beds, you've found a safe place to sleep and respawn if needed.

Setting Up Your Base

Once you locate a multi-bed room, clear out cobwebs and mobs to make the space safe. Place torches on the walls to prevent hostile spawns. You can store items in the existing chests or bring your own storage. The tower's height gives you a vantage point for spotting nearby resources or other structures.

Marking Your Location

Note the coordinates of useful towers so you can return later. If you're playing with friends, towers with multiple beds are perfect meeting points. The towers' distinctive appearance and glowing lights at night make them easy landmarks to navigate back to. Consider building a small path or marker outside to make the tower easier to find on subsequent visits.
