Getting Started with EMC Conversion

Converting Items to EMC

The Alchemy Table is your primary tool for transforming items into EMC (Energy-Matter Currency) and back again. Place items into the table to convert them, then use the stored EMC to create new items. This system lets you exchange almost any item for another of equivalent value.

For portable conversion, craft an Alchemy Pad—a handheld version that works the same way. The Philosopher's Stone serves a different purpose: use it to exchange blocks directly without converting to EMC first, making it ideal for quick block swaps during building.

Both the Alchemy Table and Pad require EMC to function, so start by converting items you have in abundance to build up your EMC reserves.
