Getting Your Wolf Ready for Battle

Once you've crafted wolf armor and tamed a dog, equipping it is straightforward. Hold the armor piece in your hand and right-click your tamed wolf. The armor will instantly equip, and you'll see it visually on your pet.

Checking Durability and Repairs

Wolf armor degrades over time as your pet takes damage. To repair worn gear without crafting new pieces, hold the matching repair material (ingot or gem corresponding to your armor tier) and right-click your armored wolf. This restores durability on the spot.

For example, use iron ingots to repair iron wolf armor, or diamonds for diamond-tier protection. This method is faster than crafting replacements and keeps your companion battle-ready during extended adventures.

Swapping Armor Sets

You can change your wolf's armor anytime by equipping a different set the same way. Simply right-click with new armor to replace the old gear. The previous armor drops as an item you can pick up and store for later use or repair.
