How to Install and Enable the Invictus Resource Pack in Minecraft

Getting Invictus running is quick once you know where resource packs live. This guide assumes you already have the pack file on your computer.

Placing the Pack in the Correct Folder

1. Launch Minecraft once so it generates its game directory, then close it.

2. Open your resource packs folder. On Windows this is inside %appdata%\\.minecraft\\resourcepacks; on macOS it is ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks.

3. Copy the Invictus pack file into that folder. If it is a .zip, leave it zipped — Minecraft reads zipped packs directly. Do not unzip it into a subfolder unless the pack is already a folder.

4. Restart Minecraft so it detects the new pack.

Activating It In-Game

1. From the main menu, go to Options, then Resource Packs.

2. Find Invictus in the left-hand "Available" column.

3. Click the arrow to move it to the "Selected" column on the right.

4. Drag it to the top of the selected list if you use other packs, so Invictus overrides them.

5. Click Done. The menu background and font should immediately change to Invictus's clean style.

If nothing changes, confirm the pack sits directly in the resourcepacks folder and not inside an extra nested folder.
