Use Appraisal to Scout Enemies and Find Loot

Purchase and Level Appraisal

Open the skill menu, navigate to tab 2, and purchase the Appraisal skill. This ability lets you scan blocks, items, and mobs to reveal hidden information. Use it frequently on everything you encounter to raise its level quickly.

Scan Enemies Before Combat

Target a labyrinth monster and activate Appraisal to reveal its health bar, stats, and elemental weaknesses. This information is crucial for planning your approach—if an enemy resists fire magic, switch to a different spell type. Knowing enemy health helps you gauge whether to engage or retreat.

Unlock the Visible Health Interface

Raise Appraisal to level 4 to permanently unlock your own visible health and hunger interface. This makes managing your survival much easier during extended dungeon runs.

Combine with Detection for Wisdom

Level both Appraisal and Detection to level 10 each to unlock the Wisdom skill, a powerful passive ability that enhances your perception and decision-making in combat. This synergy rewards focused skill development.
