How to Craft and Use the Wallpaper Block to Enter Level 0

Gathering Materials

Before you can enter the Backrooms, you'll need to collect three key ingredients:

• Yellow Concrete: Craft this using yellow dye and concrete powder, or find it in your world
• Amethyst Shards: Mine amethyst geodes found deep underground, or break amethyst clusters
• Ender Pearl: Obtain from Endermen or find in End cities and strongholds

Crafting the Wallpaper Block

Open your crafting table and arrange the materials as follows:

• Place 1 yellow concrete in the center
• Surround it with 4 amethyst shards (top, bottom, left, right)
• Place 1 ender pearl in any remaining corner slot

This creates your Wallpaper Block—the gateway to Level 0.

Entering the Backrooms

1. Place the Wallpaper Block anywhere in the Overworld

2. Stand on top of it

3. Crouch (press Shift by default)

4. Hold the crouch button until you noclip through reality

You'll fall into Level 0, the classic yellow Backrooms with endless hallways, white pillars, and that unmistakable buzzing ambiance. There's no going back the same way—explore to find exits to other levels.
