Blindsights are large predators found in Glowstone Canyon that attack with long-range tongue strikes and knockback. They're dangerous in direct combat but drop valuable Blindsight tongues when defeated. Prepare with armor, healing items, and a strong weapon before engaging.

Cooking the Tongue

After collecting a Blindsight tongue, take it to a furnace or campfire. Cook it until it transforms into a hearty stew bowl—a nourishing food item that restores significant hunger and provides useful effects.

Practical Use

Stock up before expeditions. Cook multiple tongues and carry the stew bowls as emergency rations during extended canyon exploration.

Use before tough fights. Eat stew before confronting multiple mobs or dangerous terrain to maximize your survivability.

Efficiency Note

Blindsights are less common than Glowsquitos, so tongue drops are rarer. Prioritize cooking tongues you obtain rather than hoarding them, since the stew provides immediate survival benefits that outweigh keeping raw materials.
